In 2009, TJ and Dina Hanken bought a one way ticket to Guatemala. While they were there doing missionary work, they discovered so much more about God’s purposes for their lives.
Not only did they fall in love with the rich taste and flavor of Guatemalan coffee, but they also created ResourcingNow.com, which is a non-profit organization that provides Bibles and Christian literature to people who live in countries that cannot afford them. To date they have had the privilege of assisting in the shipping, receiving and distribution of over 50 twenty ton shipping containers. Materials have gone to seventeen countries!
Full Circle Beans buys coffee beans from these regions and sells them in the States. The proceeds from every bag of coffee sold are given directly a to ResourcingNow.com to provide 1 Bible, which is returned straight back to the region where the beans were grown! Full Circle!!
TJ and Dina are parents to six incredible kids, five awesome grand-kids, one dog named Phoebe, and live in Aplington, Iowa.
